Our requirements include:
(1) that you live in a rural area within 20 miles of Lodi, Ohio, with no other Christmas program nearby; (2) that you have not applied to any other program for help with Christmas; and (3) that the children in your home are 15 years of age or younger. *[If you have children under 15 and over 15, you may include your older children, however they must be living in the home and still be attending high school. It will be up to your sponsor to decide if they want to purchase gifts for a child over 15.]

If you meet these requirements and would like to have a sponsor for Christmas, please fill out the application below. Applications must be received by Sunday, November 17th.

Families are now being considered on a case-by-case basis only.
